Welcome!
You've already paid for your discounted group session via one of our partner outlets, so we won't be asking you for any money.
All that's left to do is for you to choose the date and time of your visit.
We'll be asking you for your Voucher Code(s) in a short while. Please make sure you have this information to hand and enter it into the appropriate areas on the next page. Please remember that you will need 1 voucher code for every person participating, and that once you have completed your booking, you will need to print out your voucher(s) and present these to the hotel reception when you arrive for your activity.
For reasons of safety, when you start your group archery session, long hair will need to be tied back, long ear rings, face piercings, long necklaces and bracelets will need to be removed please.
We also recommend that you wear sensible clothing and footwear, appropriate for the time of year, taking into account that you will be spending a lot of time standing on grass.
Spectators are welcome to come along and watch, photograph or record your session. However we will require guests to purchase our guest pass before they enter the archery field, to ensure that they are covered by our insurance (£5 per person, payable on the day).
In the event of poor weather, we will give you as much notice as possible should we need to postpone the event.
To avoid you a wasted journey, we advise that you call our mobile number (07783 464401) and listen to the automated message for that day before you depart, just to check that poor weather has not caused us to postpone your session.
